Lisa Soares Lewis

Lisa, a Jamaican national, is the Founder/CEO of Great People Solutions which she created in 2013. Her career has spanned 20+ years across a range of local and global businesses in banking, telecoms, and FMCG industries including roles in DIAGEO/Red Stripe, Cable & Wireless, Scotiabank and KPMG. Her roles covered general management consulting, end-to-end human resource (HR) management, corporate and commercial banking and corporate governance.

Lisa is a visionary and a leader in her field of HR Consulting. She is commercially driven and possesses a deep understanding of talent and of unlocking people's potential to deliver competitively advantaged business results. Lisa is highly respected in the business community in Jamaica and currently sits on the boards of JAMPRO (Jamaica’s investment & promotions agency), WISYNCO (FMCG), Sagicor Subsidiaries, UWI MSBM, SERHA, the Pension Industry Association of Jamaica and the Jamaica Stock Exchange e-Campus.

She is a certified Coach with training in Breakthrough Performance Coaching and Energy Leadership, has a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering (First Class Hons) and an MBA (Distinction) in Finance and Marketing from UWI, has held the Professional and Senior Professional in HR (PHR and SPHR) designation and is a Certified Professional Coach and Master Practitioner in the Energy Leadership Index Assessment. She was awarded in the “101 Most Fabulous GLOBAL Coaching Leaders” Category - World HRD Congress Feb 2020, Mumbai, India.

Heidi Hanna

Heidi Hanna, our consultant, is a Jamaican national with over 18 years’ experience as a Senior HR Professional with extensive experience in HR and Payroll Outsourcing and HR Shared Services. She started her HR career in Toronto as an HR Consultant in HR Outsourcing but over the years she has worked across multiple industries in multiple countries including Canada, the US and the Caribbean (primarily Jamaica). Her industry experience includes HR Consulting, Professional Employer Services (PEO), Telecommunications, Electricity, Banking, Hospitality, Call Centre and FMCG. Heidi has a deep passion for business process excellence, maximum service delivery, and critical business outcomes with an overarching goal of elevating the level of the HR profession in Jamaica. She has in depth knowledge and experience of reviewing, re-engineering and implementing service improvements (systems/processes/technology) across the HR function.

She has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. She also holds the CEBS designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plan (IFEBP).

Patrick Parks

An American national, Patrick is our Leadership Development and Coaching Expert. He has been a Leadership Coach and Brand Strategist to Fortune 500 executives, professional athletes, and driven individuals across the globe. He gained his business performance and coaching expertise in consulting roles with YSC Ltd, IBM Business Consulting Services as a Strategy and Change Consultant, and the CIA as a Leadership Profiler and Intelligence Analyst. His global experience, training and certifications cover several specialized assessment tools and coaching methodologies administered across several industries. Apart from his coaching work, Patrick has hosted TV shows on the CW Network and LESEA Network.

Patrick is a graduate of Harvard University with a Master of Education in Human Development & Psychology and a BA, Anthropology (Public Policy concentration) from the University of Notre Dame.

Celia Gibbings

Celia Gibbings, our Virtual PMO (Programme Management Office) Consultant, is a Jamaican born citizen of Trinidad and Tobago with an extensive portfolio of strategic business projects delivered successfully across the Caribbean. Her career began in business systems development at BWIA (Caribbean Airlines) and she has been a senior team leader for over 20 years. As IT Manager at Century Eslon Limited, a leading Caribbean manufacturing company, she was responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure and systems that linked all 7 Caribbean subsidiaries to the head office in Trinidad. In 2005, Celia established a virtual Project Management Office (PMO) through which she continues to prove her expertise in managing cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business improvement projects for a number of Caribbean organisations.

Celia is skilled in managing complex projects; inspiring and managing cross-functional project teams; delivering projects with short timelines; establishing wide stakeholder buy-in and delivering projects within time and budget meeting technical scope, business objectives and at all times, mindful of ethical considerations. Celia is the author of 'Using Virtual and Cloud Technologies for Proposing Models for Cost Effective Business Productivity and Continuity in Trinidad and Tobago' in which she reviewed 30 Trinidad & Tobago Public and Private Businesses in 2011. Focused on establishing models and a framework for successful project implementation in the Caribbean, Celia's PMO portfolio includes Creative Solutions' Loyalty Programme for bmobile; Conifer Fund Services, Tortola B.V.I; All Media Projects, CRU Fine Wine Merchants, The National Commission for UNESCO and Century Eslon Limited.

Her qualifications include an MSc in Project Management (with distinction) from UWI's Faculty of Engineering and a first degree in Information Systems and Management. She received her PMP certification in Philadelphia and she is a certified ISO 9001:2000 Lead Auditor.

Gertraud Eregger

Gertraud Eregger, an Austrian national, is our International HR Consultant and Expat Transition Coach with over eight years experience in HR management, operations, talent acquisition, executive search and coaching in East Africa (Ethiopia, Kenya and Uganda), Europe and Jamaica. She started her career as an HR consultant in Austria before moving to Africa and subsequently to the Caribbean to live and work as an expatriate. In East Africa, she managed one of the continent’s leading HR business solutions providers in the position of Operations Manager. Gertraud provides extensive knowledge in developing, planning and implementing recruitment strategies, talent road maps and transforming operations. Her industry experience includes managing consultancy and executive search projects for global investors, developing large-scale employee job fairs and talent acquisition strategies for foreign markets. As an International HR Consultant, she is passionate in engaging with international clients to boost employer branding, strategize how to attract and develop talent and unlock leadership capacities as a solutions-oriented Certified Coach. She specializes in coaching expatriates and executives, transitioning into a new leadership role in a new country and culture, supporting them to thrive as they overcome challenges during the assignment and repatriation.

Gertraud holds a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Management, a Master of Arts in International Management and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Certified Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment. The ELI is ranked among the Forbes top 3 leading assessments every executive should take.
